Windows 10 login blue screen

Windows 10 does not let me login. I think it is trying to log in using my windows 7 profile. After three atempts of it trying to login.I get a blue screen. I have been trying to use windows recovery but once I do that my keyboard and mouse shut off and I cannot navigate the windows recovery Please help me.

is it just a blue screen or a BSOD?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - handy boot disc

See if you can get into safe mode
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this PC, not install
choose troubleshoot (KB, mouse should work in here since you booted off USB)
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode.

Sometimes just booting into safe mode can fix things like this, it will still ask for username/password
