I dont know what to do at this point.
Mobo: B365M DS3H
Windows 10 pro
NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Headset: Plantronics hw261n & Logitech G231 Prodigy
Issue: Max volume settings on Apps and windows but the actual output is low regardless of what headset I use. I own another computer (Laptop Dell inspiron 5577) and the volume output is amazing there.
Realtek Audio Console will not load, I uninstalled and downloaded & installed an updated version but same result
My audio settings for the logitech does not come with "Audio Equalization" option for some reason, but the Plantronics does. I use the plantronics for work so I dont care if it's low volume, but my gaming experience is really impacted by this when using the Logitech.
I uninstalled the audio controller in device manager and restarted
I searched online on the Gigabyte website and downloaded the latest realtek driver, installed it
I rolled back the driver version
All to no avail.
My windows is updated
Bios is updated
I'm completely lost now. No idea how to raise the output without downloading 3rd party apps like FxSound. Problem is, those 3rd party apps will force the volume to go louder making lots of crackling noise. Again, My Dell laptop (and even Note 8 phone) has no issue producing a louder output without the 3rd party apps.
Help~~~
