Hello, I have an ongoing issue with LSASS.EXE process, which has a memory leak on my windows 10 whenever I access a SMB shared folder with my HTPC.
Basically once I access the folder using my HTPC, LSASS process on my HTPC will consume 10-13% of CPU and I will get LSASS.EXE memory leak on my Win 10 which can consume all the PC memory if I let it do so (Win 10 pc is the one that is sharing the folder).
The only way how to stop the leak is to disconnect my HTPC from the network (it continues even after I close the folder and stop using it"). However, once I connect my HTPC back to the network and access the folder again, it continues.
Has anyone ever encountered this? If so, what could be the issue? (I have had no issues on Win 7 before). This is a fresh (5 days old 😀 ) Win 10 installation.
Thanks for any advices
