Hello,

So my problem is really annoying, after upgrading from Windows 8.1 (clean install !) where my pc was fast, now i'm on this Windows 10 Pro crap that was supposed to make my pc faster as they promised in their stupid slogans!

My computer specs:

CPU: i5 4670k - 4.00GHz, OC
GPU: GTX 650 Ti
RAM: 8192mb 1866MHz
MOBO: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H

*This config isn't extremely good but it is supposed to be fast enough to open chrome in less than 1 second, it takes me 5 f**kig seconds to open chrome what the hell!
*The computer slows down to hell when i transfer a file from a drive to another, the pc becomes impossible to use!

Installation drive of the windows: 256 GB SSD, 500mb/s - WRITE / READ

I'm sorry if i was harsh in the thread but i'm really frustrated by this!

I dont find Win 10 faster than 8.1 but its no slower. There is something wrong with your Win 10.

How much space is left on your SSD? If you have less than 20% space free your SSD will slow down, that's just to be expected. When you upgrade it does use extra space on your drive as your old Windows is saved and kept for a month so you can roll back. After a month its deleted.

I have 55 Gigs left on my SSD.

Just following an upgrade is notoriously asking for problems. Either restore > reset or clean install Win10 should fix your problems many have had after an upgrade. Obviously there's a conflict with either a driver or automatic running program, that's what i put it down to.

Are you sure you installed the OS on your SSD?
To find the actual size of a drive you multiply the advertised size by 0.93132(which is 10^9/2^30).
256 * 0.93132 = 238.42 GB, which is the size of your F: drive, which has 32 GB free.
It may even have gotten installed on a 120GB partition on one of your other HDD's or SSD's.

Ummmm, that wasn't supposed to happen actually, i just noticed it's 119gb, then it should be partitioned in half.

Windows 10 f**ked up my partitions, F: is the SSD, the C is just a HHD.... I'm f**ked!
