windows 10 media center probelm

Hello,

I'm in trouble with my PC, it runs win10 and from some days, maybe since last update it has strange behaviors.
I tell you more in detail, in a complete random manner, automatically windos media center starts and the volume some times increase and decrase a little bit.
I don't have any ideas

Tried running an antivirus scan? as well as Malwarebytes?

Windows media center is not officially supported under windows 10.
Probably latest update has broken it.

I'm in the same situation... I tried to uninstall media center but the strange behaviors have increased a lot, so is important doesn't uninstall or disable it!!

i tried an antivirus scan using avast but no virus found.
However I'll try with Malwarebytes, is it possible that the problem is a malware?

Do you mean windows media player or media centre? As Skynetriding is correct in that Media centre feature was never in win 10 to begin with

talking to microsoft technicians, they told me that it is a problem related to cortana. I followed this guide and now seems work:
