windows 10 media creation tool take 10 minutes to verify the download

sometimes when I create a windiws 10 instlation usb
after that tool finished downloading windows 10
sometimes it verify the download in 3 seconds 0 and then 99%
and sometimes it took 7 to 10 minutes
2 -3 -5-8-12- % etc

why ?is that normal ?
maybe because my iPhone was connected to my router wifi ?

do you thing I need to re download it before I re instal windows 10 on my pc ?

if you worried about its contents, right click USB in file explorer, select properties, tools & select the first option - error checking. it will confirm all the system files are right on the USB

but how that method will check that all windows 10 files are correct without to connect to Microsoft servers ??

your win 10 install has all the files saved as an image, so it can compare them against values it has stored to confirm they are right. Its how you can do a system reset without need for the install discs every time.
