Windows 10 Memory mangement Error

My windows 10 pc has been throwing BSOD with memory management error and some other errors too , but most of the time it restart because of memory management error . My pc config is Core i3, and 4 gb ram, this problem happened after some days I bought my pc . I tried every test and memory diagnostic tool too but I am unable to solve it , can any one suggest me anything .

I tried updating drivers and sfc too and new windows too with all the updates but it still occurring I found with blue screen viewer that it showing ntsokrnl.exe error i am putting link of my driver of my latest 3 dump file , hope someone looks it and helps me . i am unable to use this new pc .
