Question Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot "No Network Access"

Hey , I have a Asus ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming motherboard. I activate my Mobile hotspot through Wifi and try to connect my phone to it but it says that it has no network access. I go into the adapter status and also notice that the adapter doesn't have network access .

How can I fix this issue?

Most phone hotspots you have to explicitly allow the MAC address trying to connect. Have you checked the phone to see if there is a device attempting to connect but needing an approval?

Yes I did check that but nothing showed, the thing is that few days ago it worked but now it doesn't anymore, I tried to update all the network drivers but they all are up to date.
