Question Windows 10 mouse 'macro'?

I recently noticed that when I click and hold my right mouse button, then double or triple click the left mouse button, windows will open my default web browser to home page. It has not done this in the past. It interferes now with applications where I need to use this mouse button combo for other functions. I have no idea how this started, or how to fix it. I have tried uninstalling the mouse drivers totally, tried updating to latest mouse drivers, tried different USB ports, etc.

How in the world did this happen and how can I totally stop this from happening? No matter if I'm just on the desktop or within a fullscreen app, this mouse button combo will open a browser window, no matter what browser I set to default. It is a cyberpowerpc and the mouse that came with it. I have no special mouse software and I have never replaced the mouse. When I remove this mouse and try a different optical mouse, it does not happen. But I like this mouse because it has enough buttons for gaming etc.

Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS: include the version for your OS.

If the mouse is a generic peripheral without any add-on app that enables or brings about macro functionality then its highly possible that the OS has brought on something(or an app) that causes this to happen.

Perhaps see if uninstalling your default web browser changes the experience. Reinstall the browser after a reboot.

CPU: AMD FX-4350
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0
Ram: 8 GB DDR3
SSD/HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 ATA 1 TB
GPU: AMD RX 460 2 gb
PSU: 350W
OS: Windows 10 Home v1903 build 18362.1016

Generic mouse with no add-on app. I have uninstalled /re-installed browsers, and set different browsers as default. Apparently the mouse click combo is set to 'open web browser' regardless of the browser set as default. Trying to figure out what change was made by OS or unknown app to allow it to happen in full screen windowed apps to pull me out to a browser.

Thanks!
