Windows 10 mouse/overall? lag

Hey guys,

I just purchased this laptop but 2 things seem a bit off.
1st. The whites on the screen seem yellowish i dont know any other way to describe it. Does anyone know how to change the colors?
2. My Windows 10 seems laggy, like the mouse drags across the screen and when watching a movie/tv show there is some blur when the characters move across the screen. Their mouths also seem to move like 0.5 second behind the sound.

1| The option to tweak your display's Color/White balancing isn't something that is offered on Laptop's, they come preset at the factory. If you're talking about the color scheme then you may want to look at this.
2| Did your unit ship with Windows 10? We apparently don't know the make and model of your laptop so we can't say if the issue is apparent on your unit or the OS or both. Make sure your BIOS and remaining drivers are up to date. Most often all laptop's require a Synaptics driver suite for the Synaptics built trackpad/mouse.
