Windows 10 Mouse Pointer glitching out.

I have recently been having problems with my mouse pointer becoming distorted at random times. It only corrects after a reboot, but will come back soon after.

-Windows 10 64bit

-Chrome browser

-Rx 470 Radeon gpu

-AMD FX 8350 Eight-Core processor

One fix I read was shake mouse pointer on screen - not a long term fix but still

try changing pointer to a different design? Go to settings/devices/mouse & touchpad - additional mouse options
choose a different mouse pointer - I use inverted as it helps on multi coloured backgrounds

Try updating graphics drivers since I assume you using a standard mouse.

have you got latest version of windows? A recent patch fixed a bunch of mouse related problems but the one you are seeing has existed since XP days, it seems to effect AMD cards more too.

Changing the pointer scheme doesn't seem to change anything, some of them make a different shaped weird cursor but none stay normal. I have the latest version of Windows 10 and graphics drivers.
