Firstly, I'm not talking about the (x86) folder here. I am fully aware that every 64-bit version of windows comes with it.
My problem is that on my D: drive there's now 3 normal 64-bit "Program Files" folders (two of which have a size of 0 bytes). These "fake" program folders only contain a single folder each called "ModifiableWindowsApps". I've tried deleting them with file explorer and cmd as per the instructions in this thread (RobertJWin's answer ).

Just like "Carl" from that thread, I'm using swedish localization and if I do recall correctly, the problem started when I installed JDK like him.

My problem is that these folders seem to pop back up once windows is restarted (his disappeared permanently). Does this require some registry magic to make windows stop looking for the folders? Or do you have any other suggestions? I'll attach screenshots of what the file explorer sees, as well as the cmd perspective.
