Hey!

So I already reserved Windows 10 some time ago and it was released on 29 july and didn't get any notifications to upgrade I seen videos on youtube some people were already using windows 10 but I still couldn't install untill now but look what I got in gmail from Windows 10 mail :
''When will my free upgrade arrive?

You’ve already reserved, so your free upgrade is on the way. This is the largest software upgrade event ever and we’re managing it so everyone has a great experience.

Your notification to upgrade could come as soon as a few days or in a few weeks.

In the meantime, you can always check your upgrade status in the Get Windows 10 app. Find the app by clicking on the Windows icon on your task bar.''
You see? and now look at that :
Absolutely can’t wait? You have a couple of options to get your upgrade sooner:
1. Visit a Microsoft Store for free upgrade services.
2. Use the Media Creation Tool to install immediately on one or more devices (recommended for tech-savvy users only).''
So they tell me I can install windows 10 with media creation tool. But my question or problem whatever it is is that I wan't to know if I should rather wait or install it now with this media creation tool software? Is it gonna be the same like if I install it now or wait? Thanks :)

It should be the same if you do it now. I did it through microsoft site instead of waiting for my slot or whatever. It's working fine, a little buggy with some gaming stuff but other than that it's pretty solid for launch day.

If you wait a couple more weeks or so, maybe they will have everything ironed out or starting too. Just make sure you check the nvidia or amd forums if you have a card...seems like a bunch of people were having issues getting drivers installed and such but mine went pretty smooth, except for multi monitor but it's now working.
