Question Windows 10 needs to startup twice each time

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with Windows 10 Pro (21H2) 64bit.
Each time I try to turn on my PC after it has been turned off, It starts / reaches windows startup screen (with the loading circle) /but doesn't show the loading circle / screen goes black /restarts, then starts up.
So each time it has to do a double startup to start!

PC specs:
Asus X299 E Gaming
Intel Core i9-7900X 3.3GHz
OC GAMING 12GB Ti 3080 RTX Strix ROG Asus
Cooling: Corsair Hydro H150i Pro + 3X Corsair ML120 RGB + 3X Corsair SP120
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 2TB WD20EZRZ
SSD: Samsung 960 PRo + 970 EVO
HyperX 16TB Predator Black X 2
Corsair RM850x — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold

I checked the event viewer, and noticed that in the shutdown before this issue happens there is an error that happens multiple time (52 times):

How can I fix this?

I think the first thing I would try would be to disable Fast Boot both within BIOS and/or on the Windows side.
The bugcheck can be a combination of failures or hardware issues. The Event 41 will pop up any time you have an unexpected shutdown or can lean towards issue with power supply. The combo of 10100 and 1001 makes me think there is an issue with cooling.

Without knowing ambient where you are, that seems a bit high if concerning 'on idle' temps, but if this is load temp that is quite good.

Just about the only thing I can consider trying with this would be to break the system down to bare minimum, probably out on a table, and see if the problem persists. I would consider going so far as to removal of drives to see if it will POST in one shot. If so, start adding back components one at a time until the issue replicates.

Other items could be things such as, have you performed a clean install of Windows?
Do you keep dust and such cleaned out of the system?

Disabled both from Windows and bios, didn't help

1. Open Windows File Explore
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Just a complete stab in the dark, outside of actual breadboarding (or unless @Colif sees something in the dump)...try unplugging the HDD and see what happens. I had a system with a failing drive that gave loads of issue without actually pointing at the drive as the culprit. Worth a go.

Are all of your OS partitions on (one of) the SSD?

as if that fixes it, its likely a driver. Especially if you don't have any more problems again until next day.

You don't need it on anyway if you boot off SSD

dump files show it was a driver each time. probably one that doesn't like windows 10 power modes.
I would love to tell you which one it was though.

Your oldest drivers are ok, they are the USB drivers for your AIO. Corsair link.
next oldest is an Asus driver for your motherboard

You are great, thank you very much!
I uninstalled Samsung NVM Express driver using (Apps & features) and it fixed the issue!
PC feels a little bit slower now, maybe because its using Windows built in NMVE driver, but the issue is fixed.
Update: after that I've installed Samsung NVME driver version 3.3 and the issue didn't come back.
