[SOLVED] Windows 10 Net Framework Problem

I have been using windows 10 and just tried to open Docker (application we use for running server) on my laptop.

I received the following error:

Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I have checked and net framework that same version it mentions is already installed.
I tried the net net framework repair tool by microsoft but it fails to do anything.

What can i do to fix this?
