Question Windows 10 network problem

Hi, i have a desktop and sometimes my ping (response time through a specific address and back) is 3000+. This happens randomly (example: when gaming, browsing or even when every app is closed except background apps) and even when the network has no other devices on. I also reinstalled the network drivers. Thank you for any help in advance.

What address are you pinging? Some sites can get very busy and there could be delays at that end.

The problem could also be anywhere along the path from your desktop to the target IP address.

Use tracert and pathping to determine where along the path (and hops) the spikes occur.

Post the results.

Its been a long time after i faced this issue, but it occurred today and i run a tracert and the unexpected lag is after the router so my pc or cables are not the problem. What's even weirder is that any Wi-Fi device during that time has normal response time to the internet ~70ms. Here are the results of tracert (i pinged google dns since i was trying to find where the problem occurs anyways):
