Windows 10 no connections avaliable HELP

So I just upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10 and it says I have no connections available and when I troubleshoot the issue it says my network adapter is either not plugged in or broken.

Did you use Wifi or Ethernet?
You may have to visit the maker of the device and see if they have drivers for Windows 10.

Nope. going back to your post. you never said what the make and model of the laptop? it is a laptop? can't even tell if it a laptop.

As I said go to the manufacturers website and get the Driver. You of course need a USB drive and a working computer with Internet.
