Question Windows 10 no hard drive ?

I'm new at this I hit Windows 10 stream.
Hard drive not installed.
BIOS has wrong settings in it, don't know how to even start to fix it, and it keeps sending a code somewhere.
I can't type in all on a black screen

However, I am not sure that I understand the problem.

Provide some additional information about what is meant by "I hit Windows 10 stream"?

Are you trying to install Windows 10? Is the system a new build or are you reinstalling Windows 10?

Are you able to access BIOS and view the admin functions presented?

More information and detail is needed.
