Windows 10 No Network acsess with ipv6

Hi,

I have windows 10 The new Anniversary edition. I'm not sure that this problem has anything to do with this or not.

I"m trying to get my ipv6 enabled in My network sharing and I have checked my Ethernet status it says Ipv6

Any help would be great. I tried the winsock commands and reseting the tcp stack

You have your router misconfigured then. The router should give you pc a ip in the range provided by the ISP. I forget though since i never use it. Since IPv6 has the mac of you machine in it I tend to distrust site not to use it for tracking.
Your router dhcp server appears to not be giving out IPv6 addresses. The address you have is the dummy one windows generates when it does not receive one.

Now real sure why you would want to use IPv6. Your ISP would have to actually support it also. There are not a huge number of IPv6 sites on the internet.
 


No there are not a lot of sites that are supporting ipv6 yet. And I called My cable company. Comcast., And they do support it.
