Windows 10 no sound

Hello!Long story short my desktop PC lost sound.There's a red X on speaker icon in taskbar and whenever i click the icon it enables troubleshooter.Troublshooter says,that there are no devices connected,which obviously are and that ''Audio service is not responding''.What i've done so far:
*Checked if audio services are running and are set to ''automatic''
*Updated audio drivers
*Checked playback devices
I'm really desperate,so i'm hoping that you can help me. Also,when i open Volume mixer it shows that there are no audio devices installed

My specs:
AMD A10 7800
8GB RAM
Asus Radeon RX 460 ROG STRIX
Asus A88x/USB 3,1 MOBO
Realtek HD audio
Win10

Maybe motherboard s sound card problem.
Or Windows is buged try reinstall if not works it may be the motherboard.
