Windows 10 Not Booting Up, accidentally unplugged a hard drive.

So I configured my computer to run SSD and Hard Drive on 1 partition, and I installed Windows on the SSD. I unplugged my hard drive which was a bad idea, and now the PC won't boot. I tried bootrec already and automated repair. I may have accidentally corrupted the partition.

as far as i know, u make partitions in a drive...not drives in partitions...am i missing sumthng???

Downside is that you can loose everything if something goes wrong or disconnect one drive or change their letter or BIOS order.

I fixed it. System Reserved was on my HD, and the OS was on the SSD. I had to basically reformat both hard drives and redo it from beginning. SSD wasn't detected so I had to use Samsung Secure Erase.

thats why its always advised to install OS with only target drive attached...sometimes the system reserve finds its way to a secondary drive...

It happened again, but this time I didn't have to do any hard work *phew*. I just put the Windows 10 disk in and boot in from it. I fixed the MBR and some other stuff relating to it. *Command console stuff*.
