Hi,
so I have a laptop, and a pair of HyperX Cloud IIs, they worked fine, until something happened. I tried to use Discord, and it didn't get feedback from my mic. I went to the control panel, and it didn't even get anything from my mic, the levels weren't rising. I reinstalled the drivers, updated the firmware, and it didn't work.
The weirdest thing about this is that when I go to the control panel, and double-click on my device, and turn "listen to this device" on, I hear my OWN VOICE, and the levels start rising. So the mic works, but Windows doesn't?
This is not a hardware issue, because I use these on my phone all the time, and they work just fine. EVEN when I switch mics to my laptops default mic, it doesn't detect anything on that either.
BTW. Before I reinstalled the drivers, I went to look at the control panel for my recording device, and the levels slider did not work. (If that helps)
Thanks
