Windows 10 not detecting SSD

Around March this year I build a new unit. I decided to add a second hard drive for extra space it was the
PNY CS1311 480GB Internal drive. However Windows 10 will not recognize it. I checked the BIOS and it is listed there as enabled, I checked to see if it needed to be formatted, but I can't even make it show up anywhere in windows so I can't seem to format it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Does it show up in Disk management?

go to settings/System/Storage
If it doesn't show in here, click Manage Storage Spaces and see if any set up in here? Default is no

no it does not... I tried all the basic fixes I could find online with a basic Google search and everything.

try running hdtune and see if it can see drive, I have seen cases where bios can see drive, windows says it can't but hdtune can...
