Question Windows 10 not starting after gpu drivers update

After upgrading from win 7 to win 10 everytime i try to install the amd gpu drivers everything goes black and then i can not enter windows unless it is in safe mode.
I have tried reinstalling windows 10 after formatting the HDD.I tried installing win 8.1 and nothing works .
The problem is that everything works ok up to the point of instaling amd gpu drivers .I have trying installing old drivers and the result is the same.
At the same time it seems that the windows dont recognize my graphics card anymore.
Any suggestion is welcome .
My composition is the following

CPU -Amd A6-3500
GPU - R9 270 X
8 GB RAM

Do you have the monitor plugged into the GPU output?

Just because i upgraded to windows 10.
Of course it is not impossible but i hope this is not the case

Yes it is .
I didnt change anything in the hardware
