Question Windows 10 not starting up after the Update

Windows 10 just getting stuck after initial boot up phase. Like after the logo goes off I am getting blank screen not getting into Login phase.

Tried Startup Repair, Uninstall Latest Update. Etc. what else should I do.

what else should I do
just reinstall the OS.
and make sure you keep proper backup of personal files & software settings so it isn't much of an issue anytime into the future.

Not sure if I need to reinstall the OS completely. Trying to avoid it. See I am able to get into safe mode and all. But not able to get into regular Windows.

This is what causing the issue.

if uninstalling this update that you believe caused the issue didn't help,
and cannot revert back to a time before the update was ever installed,
you may not have any other option.

if you're comfortable running DISM & SFC through command line, do that and see if it discovers any "fixable" files.

Been at it full day man. Like restarted it hundreds of times. Done startup repair lot many times. Tried everything in CMD possible. Tried everything in Safe mode. Finally I just doing restart after restart and it just went to the Login Screen finally.

Now am in.

Done all that. Been doing it since morning. And finally just out of luck I managed to get it. I backed up and was going to fresh install. This was kinda my last try. LOL. Good thing I gave it a last try.
