windows 10 not starting up..automatic repair loop bcos of hitmanpro scan

after scanning hitmanpro, i rebooted the pc but my pc never bootedto desktop. it boots, automatic repair loads and then restarts. this process of recycles.. i tried everything but never succeeded. i installed usb windows 10 installation for advanced options..i tried cmd everything but dint succeed ..pls help what to do in cmd to see my desktop

Can you get into Safe Mode? If not you have to move to reinstalling your OS after recreating your bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

i cant access to safe mode or reset the pc since i went into advanced options/troubleshooting through bootable usb with windows 10 installation to repair my old one which was stuck due to hitmanpro. Pls, is there any way to solve this problem without reinstalling windows 10? bcos i tried everything on cmd from youtube..i also did startup repair and after 30mins it showed couldnt repair your pc ERROR code log V: logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt ..
