Windows 10 not working properly.

The title is kind of vague, I know.

Basically, I turned on my computer this morning to find ton of new issues waiting for me.

Here they are:
-Cannot right click items in taskbar

-Cannot open start menu

-Location of Documents, Pictures, etc. changed to default location [FIXED]

-Chrome extensions not working.

-Event viewer is displaying tons of errors relating to search and applications not working.

-Error when trying to open photos

-Black screen (w/o cursor) at login. Temporary fix is to restart PC until recovery options show up and continue to Win10 from there (this issue had been occuring before the others)

Anything I should try before I reinstall Windows 10?

So far I haven't really tried much. I will try rolling back OS, running a registry scan, running chkdsk and /sfc.

I would just reinstall Windows 10 and see how that works first (it took me 1 hour to reinstall mine), it might be hard to get an actual fix.

I was able to fix some of the problems (chrome extensions, location of docs), and other issues seemed to have vanished (error when trying to open certain files, less errors in eventvwr).

However, the black screen, start menu and task bar issue is still occurring.
