Windows 10 - NVIDIA Issues?

I'll put it short. I just got Windows 10, and every time I try to update my drivers or use GeForce Experience I get a NVIDA Installer failure. Or when I tried to uninstall GeForce Experience to get download the new one, I get a NVIDIA Uninstaller Failure. Help?

Tru DDU, window will try to install drives don't let it, then download the latest drivers and do a clean install
