Windows 10 OC error????

ok so after i upgraded to windows 10 i oc my i5 4690k to 4.5 it was stable after a couple of updates i kept getting a blue screen error so i done clocked it to 4.4 i bought a new cpu cooler its a noctua NH-D14 and it still does the same thing
my specs are

z97 gaming 5 mobo
gtx 980ti msi
HX650 psu
32gb ram pny
Windows 10
Benq 2420Z
razor black widow keyboard
500gb hard drive
500gb hard drive
1tb hard drive

idk what to do it should do this

god i hate that error 😉 you need to increase your vCore by .025v and run a stress test, dont let vcore go above 1.52v, keep an eye on your temps.
