[SOLVED] Windows 10 occasionally gets stuck on spinning dots during boot

My recently built PC usually boots fine, but occasionally, Windows will be stuck on the spinning dots animation. Usually, it boots in less than half a minute, but I have waited up to a full half hour stuck on the spinning dots, with no change at all, before I decide to hit the reset button. After I reset my PC, boot almost always returns to normal. I've noticed that this usually happens after I go into the firmware settings, or on the next day. What I find most strange about this is that I am using a SSD, with Windows installed on it.

Could you guys help me find what the problem is, and suggest a solution to make the boot consistent? Thanks in advance!

Hardware:
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B450M-A/CSM (UEFI, with Secure Boot on)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (overclocked, but stable)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2x4GB) (overclocked, but stable)
GPU: None
Storage: Kingston A400 120GB 2.5" SSD

Solution
I solved it. Apparently, four of the SATA ports on my motherboard are controlled by the chipset, and two are controlled by the APU. I tried plugging in my SSD into one of the chipset controlled ports, and I have no problems with getting stuck on the spinning dots now.
