Windows 10 OEM from one laptop to another.

So the thing is that I purchased a laptop from Amazon which was DOS enabled and replaced it's HDD with SSD.
I installed Windows 10 OEM on the SSD but as it turns out that the laptop is defected and I ordered a replacement.
So if I put in the same SSD in which Windows 10 OEM is installed on my new replacement, will it work fine?
I've heard that OEM versions are non-transferable but again my laptop came with DOS and I installed windows on my SSD. Please help me!
