Windows 10, old ssd to new pc.

Running Windows 10, can I move my ssd to a new upgraded motherboard with new processor, lan, video, upgraded to usb 3 host, if I have all the new drivers on usb flash drive to install? Or do a clean install on new ssd then be able to migrate all my stuff to new drive fron old ssd to clean install ssd?

Do not install windows 10, it sucks really bad. use Linux MINT. Much smother and no personal tracking auto uploads like there is on Windows X.
