Hey Guys,

Apologies if it's a dumb question. I'm building a new PC, and bought an SSD and Windows 10 this time around.

I've never used an SSD before, Is the initial setup (partitioning) the same as with a HDD?

Are there any special steps required for installing Windows 10 fresh on an SSD? Anything I need to/should do to get the most out of my new purchase?

Thanks!

Solution
No special steps, no need to partition drive, win 10 install will do all that
put ssd in PC
change boot order so USB is first, ssd second
run Win 10 installer. Sit back and enjoy the 15 minute install

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply.
