Hi all,
I have been a system builder for many years and I cannot overcome something that appears to be new to me. for windows 10 at least!
with all W10 based systems I build for clients and myself.. AMD & Intel I notice that as soon as the system passes POST/BIOS and goes to load windows Both the KB+Mouse turn off for about 3 seconds then turn on again.
It appears the HDDs stop during this time and is a delay.. none the less My systems are fast to boot, and am happy with how fast they get to the OS.. but this is a little odd to me!
my systems that include this issue are
GB Gaming 5 AX370 / AMD Ryzen 5 1600 w/ SSD
GB z370 Gaming 7 / INTEL 8600K w/ SSD
GB z370 Gaming 7 / INTEL 8700K w/SSD
tried combination of different accessories.. from corsair mouse/keyboard / logitech / microsoft..
all of them are around 10sec or less to windows.. but the kb/mouse thing I cannot work out for the life of me..
I have tried many component configurations as well as many windows tweaks and cannot find a solution.
maybe this is just normal windows operation. ?!
Does anyone here have a clue on this topic?
Cheers
Shaun
