Question windows 10 only recognizing half my 8 GB stick of ram

so i have bought a kit of 8gb ram to pair with my old ballastic 8 gb ram and windows keeps telling me only half is seen i am using a amd ryzen 1600 with a gtx 1060 6 gb graphics card window 10 64 gb i checked the bio and it recognized the ram even flashed it too can someone help me please

RAM is only guaranteed to work together when bought as a kit.

Make sure they're installed in slots a2-b2.
