Ever since rebooting my PC always asks either for a pin or declares password not recognised to gain access to W10, If I then hit sign in options I get two blocks containing my user name in the lower right hand corner. If I click on the top one I then get an option to enter my pin and from then onwards all is well.

I dont want to protect my PC by means of a pin or password, google presents many different answers on how to disable this but none of them seem to be successful, So can you top people at Toms help me out......I can confirm I ama the user of this PC and I can access it via the PIN, but I would rather disable them both

Thanks for any help

Sorry chaps, i really cant find the "Require sign in" option , it definateley isnt in my Account Settings - Sign in Options.

I have removed my pincode, then restarted, and now it asks for my MS password, once the password has been entered it then asks me to create a PIN ???
