Hello there,
I'm starting to be desperate here. I observe random PC crashes for some time, mostly when playing games, but recently also when watching videos. I tried to reinstall Windows, unplug almost everything, but issue still appears and is more common for last 3 days. Scenario is always similar. First I hear crackling sound and then PC freezes (or reboots if BSOD disabled).

I managed to get memory dump of some crashes and all show same cause - ntoskrnl.exe+45963e. I performed chkdsk and memory diagnostics with no issues.
Any help will be really appreciated! Thank you very much

Exact same issue as above, getting the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (BSOD) daily, issue pointing towards ntoskrnl.exe+45963e.

I've had no luck with the following:
  • I've attempted a Check Disk utility (chkdsk)
  • I've attempted a System File Check (SFC)
  • I've attempted a Windows Memory Diagnostic
  • I've updated my Windows 10 to latest
  • I've updated my graphics card driver to latest
  • I've updated my C: drive SSD firmware to latest
Specs:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
  • MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk (MS-7C02)
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Memory 16gb x2 (cmk32gx4m2b3000c15)
  • C: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB
  • D: Seagate Barracuda 3TB (ST3000DM008)
If anyone can point us in the right direction, please let us know!

Ok so I managed to capture GPU statistics using GPU-Z log into file and it seems like GPU went idle like 15 seconds before the actual BSOD/Crash happens, which is strange as I was running a game. What forces GPU to went idle when temperatures were absolutely fine in that moment
I uploaded the log here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1H_H5b-iLa3qR3j20q5qEIMNjf9dEwnF7/view?usp=sharing
Any help will be really appreciated. I was running this game for 7 hours as is seen in the log. Then I turned it off and turned back on after a while. Then it crashed after like 10 minutes.

How is it even possible that game runs fine for 7 hours and then this happens after just 10 minutes?

If anyone interested in this, I sent my PC to repair as it was under warranty. It came back today and according to repair protocol, they replaced RAM modules, which is quite surprising for me as all memtest64, memtest86 and Windows 10 memtest showed no issues and passed all tests. How is this even possible?
