Windows 10 pc download/install issues

ever since ive upgraded my pc to windows 10 I have been having issues with downloading anything. Once I download something and try to install it I get an error message saying " error reading from file so and so. verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

it just randomly happens, it doesnt happen to every thing i try to download just random things, and sometimes deleting and redownloading it will fix it other times it doesn't no matter how many times I try. Should I just reinstall my os? (image below)

Sorry I didn't really know where to categorize this as so I just put it under windows 10.

windows 10 has lots of issues , yours will be fixed with the new redstone 1 build , i have a new skylake pc and my windows 10 still wants to recon the devices on every boot ...

I had this issue for awhile as well, it was extremely annoying.

joining the microsoft insider program and updating your build is pretty much like a clean install you want to perform , they have a list of issues they fixed on wikipedia ,
i know they fixed my issues.. , they even posted them on wikipedia !
