I have a windows 10 PC and for the 4th time now (in the past month) it's locked itself. It runs perfectly fine when it's running normally but sometimes when I go to turn it on nothing happens, no fans will start and no lights inside the PC will be on, lights on my USB devices like my keyboard and headset still light up though. Nothing at all appears on my montior.
The past three times I've taken it to a computer shop to get it unlocked, the guy who works there everytime has told me to simply hold down the power supply for 12 seconds, wait for a clicking sound and then turn it on normally. It worked for him but I can't seem to get it to work now.
What could be the problem here??? I keep looking it up online but I can't find other people with the same issue!
