Windows 10 PC randomly freezing

I built a new gaming PC yesterday and it just randomly crashes freezes on Windows 10.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 1600
GT 710 1 GB
ASUS PRIME B350M-K
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB
VS550
Windows 10 pro

I'll be upgrading to a 1070 soon as it is not available as of now. I was doubtful whether the GPU could handle 1080p easily so I reduced the resolution to 720p but the PC still randomly freezes and sometimes shows the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error. I tried OCing the GPU and it went fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Also look into a QUALITY power supply.
