A couple of days ago the WiFi on my computer seemed to slow down to a point where it is impossible to do anything. Unfortunately I know that this is a problem with the connection between this PC and my WiFi router since no one else in the house is experiencing a slow connection, After many attempted driver updates and disabling windows update I seem to have made no progress, I can experience some increases in download speed but my upload speed has not risen over 3mb for the last 4 days.

Test data from Speedtest.net Ping - 12 Download - 0.78 Upload - 0.04

Any help would be appreciated.

At least it's got Win10 drivers lol.

I've got 3 WDN3200 USB wireless adapters. No Win 10 drivers only 7 and 8.

And the Win10 drivers didnt give me the option to select 5 GHZ. The TPlink drivers didnt either

Whats the point in them being dual band, if you can only get 2.4

I had to get Mediatek drivers so I could connect to either frequency

You're not the only one having probs

These guys are too

And here

Try post 3 on the 2nd link from Circarigel

So it's probably the crappy drivers from TPlink why it's not working properly

They should stick to making modems not adapters. At least the modem here works fine, and hasn't died yet

The model is a TP-Link AC 1200. I got the drivers from the official site (http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/Archer-T4UH.html).

I have also noticed that under device manager the device says "failed to migrate"
