windows 10 pesky files that i cannot delete

so i have windows 10 and i am the admin. i have some files on my pc that i just cannot remove... any advice on how to remove them? i think they might be viruses

Where is the files location? the file name?

You could use the program runassystem, but be careful. Also, you wont be able to delete something if it is running in the background.

Well I cannot open any files inside of the folder that's all I have. There are many folders in side I can't open
