Windows 10 power on by RTC alarm problem

I have two desktop PCs who have been powering on by RTC alarm while working under Windows 7. I have not changed anything in BIOS and checked that they were on their correct settings. It is impossible to get it to actually work with the RTC alarm which I find strange as it's a motherboard function. Does anyone have and tips or solutions?

You might need to install Windows 10 chipset and ME interface drivers for your motherboard, check the manufactures website.

Nothing. It's an Acer and a Packard bell, but I suppose that doesn't help too much. BIOS is up to date.

Do you know what model or generation the CPU's are in the systems?
i.e. for Intel, Core 2, Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswel

You might be able to find updated chipset and MEI drivers on Intel website. I haven't stayed up to date on AMD stuff over the last several years.

I've checked on one of them, has a sandy bridge i7, nothing.

For me it was disabling fast boot option:
