Can somebody tell me why windows 10 pro in the US is 200 dollars but in Germany it is 9 euros!!!! The last time i checked that is about 10 dollars I mean Microsoft is evil

Supahos is correct. There is no legit source selling Windows 10 for that price. There are many grey market resellers of Win 10 licenses at prices that are too good to be true. Buyer beware.
