Hi,

At the beginning of the this week I installed Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on my machine. Before that I used Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit without any problems. Everything ran fine. Shortly after installing Windows 10 I got my first blue screen, which was very strange. It pointed towards my memory I started testing my memory extensively. I ran memtest86+ for more than 33 hours and it did not notice any single error.

I also ran memtest86 (without the + symbol) and that one also did not notice any errors.
Afterwards I tested every single slot and RAM stick but they all passed as well.

All of the dump files:

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

PROCESS_NAME: chrome.exe

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( ONE_BIT )

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

PROCESS_NAME: WUDFHost.exe

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe

After all of those I did update my bios, swapped out the SATA cable and re-installed Windows 10 Pro using a ISO from the MS website. And yet I still got a blue screen. So I did test my SSD, which turned out fine. I also tested my CPU with Intel's tool which also passed just like the Furmark GPU test. scf /scannow and chkdsk passed fine for that matter.

And yet another blue screen: https://www.dropbox.com/s/trlvsipmorr6xt8/012719-15296-01.dmp?dl=0
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

PROCESS_NAME: chrome.exe

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( ONE_BIT )

I am really desperate. I haven't gotten a single blue as what could possible be the problem, currently troubleshooting for a week now. :/

It appears you have the latest BIOS already installed.

These dump files cover several updates so if you review the file I posted you'll notice multiple BIOS versions and at least 3 version of Windows.

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

Thanks both of you for your replies and time. I will wait for more answers.

For what it's worth I also checked the temps of the system. Which were fine.

Have you run this on HDD? https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=3&lang=en run short and long tests. Memory also means hdd in windows eyes, so worth checking hdd out as well.

After the last BSOD I removed one RAM stick and I haven't had a BSOD in the last 48 hours. Which seems very strange to me since the tested both the ram and slot and both passed as shown on earlier photos.

CPU-Z information:
nsyhagC.png

noNKqvw.png

All slots have the same information except for #3. Since I removed the RAM stick in slot #3.

Correct settings according to Corsair:
SPD Latency 9-9-9-24
SPD Speed 1333MHz
SPD Voltage 1.5V
Speed Rating PC3-10600 (1333MHz)

I think my settings are correct? I haven't changed them, ever.
