Question Windows 10 Pro desktop will not boot into windows after restarting from sleep mode

I have my system set to turn off the monitor after 30 mins and never turn off system however it goes to sleep anyway after a few hours. When I wake it up, the lights and fans come on but does not boot into windows and the power light blinks. I have to power off, unplug the power cord reinsert it and boot up. I did a clean install of windows 10 pro onto a M.2 flash hard drive several months ago and this prblem did not happen until recently. I have all the latest windows updates and video card software. I'm thinking it's the ati software ....hibernation is off. I reinstalled the ati software with minimum drivers to try and not get their power program options. Thank you

Thanks for the suggestion but it did not fix the issue. I still think its the ATI Adrenalin software. I uninstall it and try to do a drivers only install.
