I am planning to build a pc but i am scared that i cant install windows propery because i will not include a optical disc drive.

I think i cant get it on my old computer and put it on a usb stick because its a 32 bit system and i want my pc to be 64bit.

Please tell me if an external disc drive would work.

The 32 bit thing has nothing to do with that. Just use Microsoft's own download tool to get Windows 10 into a USB stick. It will allow you to select which version to download, then just chose the 64bit version. The external drive would work too, but that only takes longer and there's no real difference. In both cases, you need to download the installer as the 64 bit version, so either the external optical drive or the usb drive would achieve the same goal.
