Windows 10 pro or redstone 2 pro

i am using 8.1 and i will upgrade to win 10 but which one is better and what about the Enterprise

i am using pc for gaming only

10 Home is all you need.

enterprise is for businesses and has too many extra features gamer's do not need. home edition is all you really need but if you want more control over things like windows updates then go for the pro edition

Redstone was/is simply the internal Microsoft codename for what is now the Creators Update.

There is no difference.
And as said above, are you sure you really need Pro? For a gaming machine, you don't.

i have found since the creators update the pro edition has more ways to control windows updates and that includes delaying major updates

Delaying (not preventing) major updates was always a feature of Win 10 Pro. Not just with the Creators update.
