Which "search indexing bar"?
Do you mean the search box?

If your talking about the Cortona Search box, you can right click the taskbar, Cortona and uncheck the show search box.

edit:
Turns you you need to select show cortona icon. You can't just unselect "Show search box"

I do not know of a way to remove that, but why would you want to?
