Windows 10 pro - Strange startup time

Hello there, I just built my new pc.
cpu- i7 6700k (h110i gt)
ram- kingston savage 3000 2x8 Gb
mobo- Msi gaming m7 z170a
gpu- msi gtx 980
ssd- 2x crucial mx200 500Gb
psu- corsair hx1000i
default bios settings, latest update 1.8
The problem is that bios shows extremly high startup time (thousands seconds) but my system boot up under 5 sec. I don´t know where can be the problem.
Can someone please advise?

i cant see the pic so can you verify it doesnt say ms (milliseconds which is one thousanth of a second (ie: 5123ms = 5.123s))

I am sure that it shows seconds not miliseconds.
